COMMENTS:  Another quiet day with the cash cattle trade at a complete 
standstill. A few bids were noted in parts of Kansas at $190, several dollars 
below early asking prices of around $192 to $194 in the South. Significant 
trade volume will likely be delayed until Wednesday or later.
